STUDENT LOUNGE
Valid Student ID Required
Masks required at all programming and events.

We couldn't get through school without warm beverages, wifi, and fresh, homemade cookies. We assume that's true for you. It's our pleasure to offer our space, food, and drink to you free of charge and free from expectations. We don't expect anyone who uses our space to participate in the life or events of our community. Most people who use our space never come to one of our Tuesday Supper Churches, and that's fine with us.

All is free with a valid ID.

FAQ
The Answers You Need
WILL I BE CONVERTED OR EVANGELIZED AT OR OTHERWISE ACCOSTED ABOUT "JESUS" IF I COME TO THIS PLACE?
HELL NO! (That'd be weird.)
Unless you want us to, I guess. (Which would be weirder!!)

Just like a normal cafe, you don't have to talk to anyone you don't want to about anything you don't want to talk about. We might say hello, show you the bathroom, ask for you ID, but that's it. Remember: many members of our community don't think of themselves as Christian and aren't interested in changing that. Which is great with us.
Yo. We keep it chill. You should too.
DOG? BABY? I HEAR THERE'S A DOG AND A BABY? WHAT IF I'M ALLERGIC?
Yes! There is a dog. Well, sometimes. very rarely actually.

Her name is Evita (like Eva Peron of Argentina). She loves people and hunts lights. We happily put Evita in the office with us, if there is ever anyone who is allergic, just not into dogs, or who has a service animal. (Evita doesn't really like other creatures). This space is for you--not a dog.

AND YES! THERE IS A BABY! His name is Eloy! He loves berries, naps, and playing with the big kids. He isn't here very often either, but you can choose to engage or not engage with him as much as you want.
IS THIS REALLY FREE? WHAT IS THE CATCH?
We know. It's hard to believe. But really, its totally free. No strings attached. School is full of expenses and expectations. We want to be a refuge from both. Plus we have cookies.

A guess one catch might be that we can't really make espresso drinks or lattes or anything. But we have creamer and soy milk and if you tell us what else you'd like we try to get it. We are kinda like a grandmother's house in that way.
WHAT KIND OF DRINKS DO YOU HAVE?
We have french press coffee, Keurig coffee, loads of tea, hot chocolate, and instant apple cider. We try to keep La Croix on hand too, but they can go fast.
