THE WESLEY CLUB

Founded in 1923, The Wesley Club is a student-run, LGBTQIA-open and affirming, campus ministry in Seattle. Our mission is to partner with our fellow students as we develop as leaders at the intersection of faith, justice and community. We hope to leave our time in college with a deeper connection to God, a more active life of justice and a stronger sense of self in community.

That is kind of a dry, professional way of saying that we fight isolation, shame and fear by creating home and family for all who need it. With the help of home-cooked food and warm cookies, we try to believe for ourselves and each other the message that all of us (you too!) are loved beyond measure by one without measure.  Together, we lean into the tender places of life and subvert the status quo in our world and spiritualities.  We'd love your truths and your questions to join ours.

Grab a chair and a hearty plate of food!  There is much to be nourished by here, and much that needs nourishing.
